It deserves its 4 stars. The location and staff were just great! Appreciated their on-site restaurant Prezzo, it was good. Room was big.

The hotel's setting was central. Breakfast fee was £10.75 per person per day. Very impressed with suite. Personnel was always helpful. It was really great value.

it was definitely 4 stars for us. moreover, free wi fi was available. the location of the hotel was very central. its so close to the botanist, good for a little drink.
